Dhanteras is the birth anniversary of Lord Dhanvantari

The first great man to establish and cure the health of everyone in the world, if any, is the "Vaidya Dhanvantari" of India. As he is an incarnation of God, he is known as "Lord Dhanvantari". No medical scholar, doctor, physician or physician in the world is unfamiliar with 'Dhanvantari'. The first to speak of surgical surgery is Lord Dhanvantari. Plastic surgery is also mentioned for the first time in its doctrinal Sushruta Samhita.

The day of Dhanteras is the day of its manifestation. Hence Dhanteras is celebrated by doctors as 'Dhanvantari Jyanti'. Worship him. The word 'bow' is used for surgery. As well as being the means of welfare of the world, religion is called 'Dhanu'. Dhanvantari is the deity of health as he is an expert in the religion of health. And Kashiraj i.e. Varanasi was the king of the country i.e. 'Kashiraj-Divodas Dhanvantari is also known.

Destroying people's old age, diseases, and deaths, I have reappeared on this earth to teach surgery along with other parts of 'Dhanvantari' Ayurveda. Earlier, during the churning of the sea by the gods and demons, nectar was taken from the sea and taken out. Therefore, he is also considered a scholar by the words Adideva and Aprutodlava.

His disciple had a special 'Sushruta' so his Ayurveda related text is known as 'Sushruta Samhita'.

He spread the knowledge-propagation-study of health to the world. His last time was in a village called 'Dhanej' near Malia Hatina near Junagadh. There is Dhanvantari Ashram, there is his Samadhi place. Nearby is the temple of Mukteshwar Mahadev. On the banks of the river is Kashyap Ghat. There is a Dhanvantari banyan tree even today.

Worship: On the day of 'Dhanteras', light a lamp on the threshold of the house, place a photo of Lord Dhanvantari and worship Him in the evening. Or 'Shri Dhanvantarai: Nama: chant the mantra eleven times or twenty-one times so that premature death or terrible diseases do not come in the house. Also, if possible, recite this verse three times so that the health of everyone in the house is protected. This provides a divine power. This Dhanvantari is the only deity of health for every religion, every country and every people. Everyone should also have a photo of this in their temple of worship.

Poem of worship

"Dhanbhantare Mahabhag Jararog Nivarak.

Pahi Sakutumbam Dayanidhe in Dor Rupen.

Adhi vyadhi zara mrtyu bhayadasmaharnisham.

Surrender in the protection of the gods in suffering.

'' Oh Lord Dhanvantari! O Mahabhaga, you are the healer of old age and diseases. So protect your family. Day and night I am plagued by physical illnesses, mental illnesses, diseases of old age and the fear of premature death. O God ! Gods of health! Now protect me, protect me who have surrendered to you.

Worshiping this mantra, worshiping this Dhanvantari in special glory is shown in Ayurveda scriptures as a special day of Dhanteras.
