(Gayatri Jayanti, Jeth Sud Agiyaras)

Among the many forms of Suryadev in Vaidik Surya Sukto, Savita is the radiant form of the morning sun which receives many graces and inspires good thoughts. Personal means Gayatri Mantra. It is through this mantra that Vishwamitra attained the position of Brahmarshi.

The power of Gayatri's mantra is innumerable. He controls the human mind by giving it the teachings of restraint. The mind of a human being is the cause of liberation and bondage and the mind is also the burden and killer of happiness and sorrow. If you have a mind, go to Malwa. To keep such a mind under control, it is very important to chant mantras or recite names. This makes chanting of Gayatri Mantra very useful.

The word Gayatri is originally a wonderful combination of Sanskrit 'Gau' and 'Tra'. Cow became the word that went over the metal. Which means, from prana and tradyatu became the word triayate, which means, to protect. Meaning the Gayatri mantra that protects the soul.

There is also Gayatri Mantra, there is also the name of a verse. Which is a special sun worship mantra. There is only one Gayatri mantra in the whole world which is mentioned in all the four Vedas. That is why Gayatri Mantra is also called 'Veda Mantra'.

This Gayatri Mantra was first uttered from the mouth of Shri Brahma, the creator of this entire universe. When Brahmaji created the universe. Then the words, letters and implicit meanings behind it were heard through this Gayatri Mantra Akashvani. He performed penance by chanting this mantra. Under the influence of which Brahmaji created this huge creation.

That is why Maa Gayatri is called Adishakti. There are four Vedas in the definition of the 8 letters of this mantra. Out of them 3 incarnations, 3 deities, 2 sages, 5 tirthas appeared. The carcass of Indian culture originated from the Gayatri Mantra, which is also the Beej Mantra, as well as the Siddhi Mantra.

The Vedas originate from the Gayatri Mantra. That is why Gayatri Mantra is considered the best of all mantras. The Vedas are called the voice of Brahmaji. That is Vedmantra.

In Chapter No. 10 Vibhuti Yoga Verse No. 3 of Shrimad Bhagavad Gita, Lord Krishna Himself has said.

'Gayatri Chhand Samham- I am Gayatri in verses.' This Gayatri Mantra Atr, Tatra, is heartfelt everywhere. Lord Shri Ramachandra also used to chant this mantra, which is mentioned in Shri Valmiki Ramayana. Shri Ram Sharma states that the name of the worship of Sadgyan is Gayatri Sadhana. Gayatri Mantra has many physical as well as religious benefits.

The seeker of Gayatri does not lack spiritual as well as worldly happiness.
