Devashyani Ekadashi.

- Ashadh Sud Ekadashi means Devashyani Ekadashi. From that day the fast of Chaturmas begins. And it ends with Kartak Sud Ekadashi i.e. Prabodhi's Ekadashi.

There are many reasons why God sleeps for four months from Devashyani Ekadashi. But its main feature touches on human karma yoga. During these four months we have the rainy season there. As a result, the beauty of the universe has blossomed. Man gets revival. The farmer gets a bumper crop. By this infinite grace of God, man goes to the temple and praises: 'O Vibhu! This glory of mine is the fruit of your grace. ' So the Lord says: 'O man! I slept for four months. This splendor, this prosperity is the result of your manhood. ' The Lord is thus pleased with the karmyoga of His sublime creation. In which there is the wetness of price and the sweetness of affection. Do karma but don't be arrogant.
