* Why are wise / ignorant human beings insulting humanity for the sake of money and power?

* Questioner: Rameshbhai R. Panchal 12/3 Vishnunagar Society, Saraspur, Ahmedabad-40018.

Whether it is knowledge or ignorance, man is only a slave of money. But money is not a coinoy slave. This world is lovely and noble. The power to bring both price and name is in wealth and power so man makes money and power the goal of his life. Man goes to places of religion and serves the spirit of liberation, but in practice and in the field of karma, he considers 'trick', deception and honesty as everything. As Tulsidasji has said in Ramcharit Manas-

"Whoever has wealth at home,

Dhanya wahi hai sarva vidhise

Khara Bhi Ratnakar (Sea)

God of the sub rivers "

Wealth brings not only worldly pleasures but also fame and glory. The aspiration for wealth is a never ending hunger. Money not only enhances one's reputation but also one's clan. As it is said in 'Panchatantra', a man without wealth is abandoned by his friends, his wife, servants and relatives. But when the same person becomes rich again, they all run to him.

Saint Vinobaji has said a sarcastic portrayal of the game of wealth and enhanced the glory of renunciation. He says: Like football, money should be a 'game'. In the game of football no one keeps a big ball with him, whoever gets the ball is ready to throw it. That is why man should give up wealth in such a way that its flow continues to flow in social life. And preserve the health of society.

Dhan is a dishonest teacher. It does not inspire renunciation but parigraha i.e. accumulation of wealth, not satisfaction. So the man is lucky, the money is his slave and the unfortunates are the slaves of wealth. Wealth is so dominant in society and religion or in politics that even power steps on it. No matter how characterless he is, he is made the 'chief guest' in the programs. No one makes the poor the chief guest. In the 'Mahabharata' Shantiparva, Vedavyas says, "O Rajan, the observance of religion through religion fulfills desires, attains heaven and increases happiness. Anger succeeds. Wealth can be used to listen to the scriptures and to suppress enemies. All these deeds are accomplished with money. Money succeeds in making any illegal work 'legal'. Wealth has the power to corrupt man, which is why Banabhatta may have said that even a learned, critical, strong, aristocratic, patient and industrious man is made evil by Lakshmi. Achieving goals also requires money. Reaching the pinnacle of power also requires a ladder of wealth. Wealth manages to control both power and authority. Seneca is right that everyone asks if the person is rich? No one asks if that person is a gentleman. Honesty does not have a place in the dictionary of 'accumulation of wealth' so man is deranged and tempted to accumulate wealth even by adopting crooked ways. If a fool has wealth, he consumes it wisely.

Man uses the acquisition of power not only for the sake of the spirit of service but also to establish his dominance and to satisfy his ego. That is why politicians run after the golden deer of power. For power man is willing to compromise with truth but not willing to give up power. You need an 'eye' to see the truth but human beings living in a society like 'wing' more than 'eye'. Man has to fly, not sit still because greed works like an eagle for him. Power is polymorphic. Man is enticed by various forms of seduction. Falsehood is a weapon of power. The authorities forget that

'' Power is like dry grass,

Burns around,

Chakravarti Maharaj Chaliya

On the ferry of time,

As a relative, I am in Shah Alam

On the street begging "

(Bahramji Malabari, Compiled by: Panchamrut)

Power makes a man mad. Her selfish intellect prevents her from doing good. For the sake of power, man does not hesitate to embrace shame, shame and virtue. This is what Dalberg said, that power corrupts man, and unlimited power corrupts unlimited. Power robs man of truth and justice. That is why it is necessary to wear righteousness and honesty on the truth.

Dr. Sarvapalli told Radhakrishna in the context of power that becoming a human demon is his defeat. It is a miracle for a human being to become a great human being. Man's becoming human is his victory.

To be a human being means to be selfless, temperate, virtuous, virtuous and truthful, to be altruistic and selfless, to be free from greed and lust. In the words of Munshi Premchandji, "Manavcharitra is not at all dark or not at all white. But when the situation is favorable, it becomes sage-like and when the situation is unfavorable, it becomes evil.

Rama usurped power, while Ravana abused power. That is why humanity died from Ravana. Different lusts prevail in different stages of human life. The attraction of sweets in childhood, the attraction of love and lust in youth and the attraction of greed or salvation in old age. So if a person is not careful, he slips.

When man becomes restless and irrational, humanity rises from his life. Humanity is not automatically protected, man has to defend it with the sword. As Shri Arvind has said, power in nature, pure intellect in mind and love in heart - these three things complete humanity. Man has become 'wealthy' instead of being contemplative, so humanity is disappearing everywhere. Shire in recent words-

Bas ki dushwar (hard) hai harkaam ka hona,

Aadmi ko bhi maysar (received) not insanka hona.
