Lord Shiva is considered as Rudra in the way. Rudra, the destroyer of the universe, is the benefactor of all creation.
The Vedas and Shiva Puranas mention many incarnations of Shivaji, according to which the ten incarnations of Rudra are as follows.
Mahakal: - Mahakal is the first of the ten incarnations of Maheshwar Mahadev. Bhagwati in the form of Shakti is with him in the form of Mahakali.
Tara: - Pinark is another incarnation of water, in the form of Tara. Tara Devi is the power to remove the difficulties of the devotee with them.
Balbhuvanesh: - The third incarnation of Bholanath is Bhalbhuvanesh. Along with this incarnation is Mother Bhagwati in the form of Balabhuvaneshwari.
Shodashshreevidhesh: - The fourth form of Rudra incarnation of Lord Shankara is known as Shodashshree Vidyesh. Along with this form, Maa Shakti is in the form of Shodshisrividya.
Bhairav: - Bhairav is considered to be the fifth incarnation of Lord Shiva Shambhu. With this form there is a fear of power. Lord Bhairavarupa is more important to remove the vice of fear.
Shredded head: - Worship is done in the name of Chhinna Mastak as the 6th Rudra incarnation of Mahadev. In Bhagwati is in the form of a broken head.
Dhumwan: - The seventh Rudra incarnation of Trinetridhari is Dhrumwan. Dhumavatidevi is with him in this Rudra form.
Heron mouth: Sadashiv assumed various Rudra incarnations for the welfare of the devotees in which this Baglamukh is the eighth incarnation, with which Bhagwati Bagla Mukhi Devi is worshiped.
Matang: - Matangi Mata is sitting with Matang, the ninth incarnation of Lord Shambhu.
Kamal: - Maa Kamaladevi is with him in the form of power in the tenth lotus incarnation of Nilkanth Tripurari.
Apart from this, many incarnations of Umapati Shivaji are mentioned in Vedas and Puranas.

How did Kailaspati Shivaji get the name Rudra? This is mentioned in Shivaji's mythology. Tamas appeared from the wrath of Brahmaji, the creator of the universe. He went to Lord Shankar crying. God accepted him. Hence his name 'Rudra'. For their habitation the body, the senses, the soul, the sky, the air, the fire, the water, the earth, etc. were given.
Shivaji's Rudra Swarupabhoot, Bhairav, etc. produced people who could be called Tamasi. There are eleven forms of Rudra. Such as Virbhadra, Shankar, Girish, Ajekpach Ahi Rbudhan, Pinaka, Aparajit, Bhuvanadheshwar, Kalapi Sthanu and Bhrin.
