Deworming is a very common disease in children. Every parent needs to know enough about this disease. Every parent wants their child to be healthy and fit. Worms are a particularly common disease in pediatrics. There are many types of worms. Such as (1) long and round (2) like thin thread (3) like fine hook (3) like flat strip.

Some types of worms cannot be seen with the naked eye but can be seen with a microscope.

We generally believe that children who overeat are more likely to have worm problems. If worm disease is not treated properly, it can adversely affect a child's digestion and development.

Causes of worms: There are many causes of worms, mainly sweets, excessive consumption of sweets, playing in the soil, eating mud, eating contaminated vegetables, playing in the dirt, eating more crushed rams etc. and eating jaggery and washing baby's hands and feet. The disease is also caused by the habit of sitting down to eat without clay hands.

Symptoms: Worm infestation due to worms, paleness in the body, irritability, gnashing of teeth in sleep, frequent complaints of abdominal pain, urination in bed, hives, sometimes not wanting to eat much, etc. are common symptoms of worms.

Treatment

(1) Worm-borne substances such as jaggery, raisins and worm-infested herbs mentioned in Ayurveda are taken as per the advice of an expert. Chili peppers are used in special quantities in anthelmintic herbs.

(4) In addition to this, one of the yoghurt powder, wormwood juice, worm welfare juice, Vidangarisht, Khadiradi decoction, Nimbashtak powder etc. should be consumed as per the advice of the doctor.

(2) Drink only boiled, distilled water. It is also important to be careful about diet. Vegetables, fruits should be given only after washing. Children should not be allowed to play in the dirt anywhere. Hands and feet should be washed thoroughly with soap after going to the toilet. Get in the habit of washing your hands and feet before eating.

(2) Worm patients should not eat milk, curd, meat, ghee, leafy vegetables, sour and sweet foods.

Doing the above remedies is definitely beneficial in worm disease.

In addition, if children have frequent coughs and coughs, they should stop giving sweets to children.

In addition, coughs are more common when children eat cold foods such as ice cream, greasy and spicy foods, bananas, yogurt, etc. In this disease,

(1) It is beneficial to take jethi honey and behda powder in equal proportions with honey.

(2) Put turmeric in milk and boil it and drink it.

(2) Cough is relieved by dipping the powder of lumps in milk and drinking it boiled.

(3) Drinking Ardusi and Tulsi betel juice with honey gives relief in cough.

(2) Clove Vati, Eladivati ​​and Khadiradi Vati, one of these, taken as per the advice of an expert, reduces the speed of cough.

Diet: In this disease, nutritious, light and hot meals, water of old rice, vegetables, suva, kal, fenugreek, prawns and ginger are beneficial.

Disadvantages: Do not eat cold items, damp places, yogurt, buttermilk, ice cream, freeze items. Direct air from the fan or AC is harmful.

Drinking turmeric milk, calamari milk is very good for cough. Regularly drinking 3 black pepper powder in milk for three months is beneficial in cough.

There is no doubt that any ayurvedic treatment started on the advice of an expert can quickly control such diseases in children.
