Life in Mumbai has not started as it was during Covid 19. Many people are still working from home. So in the meanwhile, if there is an office-like atmosphere at home, there is both joy and satisfaction in working. There is no focus on diet while working from home. Even while working, I feel like eating something that is harmful to my health. So it is important to pay special attention when working from home.
Reduce caffeine intake
Laziness often occurs while working from home. This is when the amount of tea or coffee you drink increases. But this proves to be detrimental to health. So drink only a limited amount of tea-coffee or cold drinks.
Make meals on time
Meals are served on time during the office. In the same way, meals should be done on time while working from home.

Breakfast is a very important meal - it can either make or break your day. Many people do not have the habit of having breakfast. But breakfast must be done before starting work.
Fruit intake
Fruits must be consumed during work from home. So that the amount of protein and fiber is maintained in the body.
Exercise
Body movements are reduced while performing work. Exiting the office involves exercises such as fresh air, walking as well as climbing bridges and steps. So along with diet, exercise is also important.
