This is what is changing our lifestyle. Earlier, when many people got up, they would immediately close their eyes and sit in the asana and meditate on the Lord. Many people today wake up and look at their mobile phones. By doing bathing action without immediately remembering God, without doing pooja lessons, one is rushing for a job or business.
