As the head of the family, do everything with "democracy"?

A family is bound by low emotions. The procession is with the elder who sacrifices his body, mind and money to make the whole procession happy in a very rugged way. But the goal of the elders of the family is only for the welfare of this procession.

The healthy unit of the family benefits the whole society, and this unit did not arise overnight, this unit is formed after centuries of social experience.
