Ronit Roy: Comeback on TV in seven years

- 'I want to play the role assigned to me to the best of my ability. I'm not interested in the number game. I don't even want to get involved because I have no interest in it at all. '

Actor Ronit Bose-Roy's serial 'Itna Karo Na Mujhe Pyaar' aired in 2012 after seven years and now Ronit Sargun Mehta is returning with Ravi Dubey's 'Golden House'. This is a short and salty track and that's why Ronit accepted the offer. Ronit Roy says in this regard, 'I do not have a full-length role in this show with an indefinite ending. This is a sweet and short journey. However what I can’t do is people can’t guess how things take shape in a TV show. I was attached to a three-month track in Kasauti Zindagi Ki and the serial lasted for nine years.

Today, Ronit has found a good balance somewhere and is currently active on all three platforms - TV, movies and the web. In response to a question as to why it has not been seen on the small screen of TV for a long time, Ronit says, "The primary reason was that I was not interested in the offer I received. I also started doing movies. That's why it wasn't possible because I couldn't devote enough time and energy to the shots. ' Years of experience have made the actor jealous. Where he can only afford to be selective. In this regard, Rohit says, "There is no strategy. I don’t work with people who don’t like me who see art as just a business. Artists are very emotional. So, I feel the need for that love somewhere. Contrary to what most people assume, I can't work for money even though I don't have a fortune of crores. Work with money is important, but that doesn't mean I have to live for it. I also turned down the potential offer of big banners because they either didn't work or I didn't like the role. However today I am working with all of them. The only condition here is that I am doing what I am doing now, which I have not done before. ' Ronit is an opponent of the number-game and at the same time says, 'I want to play the role assigned to me to the best of my ability. I'm not interested in the number game. I don't even want to get involved because I have no interest in it at all. ' Maybe, after 'Jaan Tere Naam' (Rohit's first film which was released in 19) I made mistakes and wrong choices, but today I am finding love. I'm feeling thankful. I truly wish there was no bigger factor in the world. If that were the case then no actor would fail. Content is the most important thing, "said Ronit Roy.
